AHU air conditioner composition:
AHU air conditioner function segment composition generally need to be based on the user's specific circumstances and the free combination of different manufacturers combined in different order. However, generally speaking, AHU air conditioners are mainly composed of the following functional segments:
Fresh air section
Fresh air section is mainly to accept outdoor fresh air, precipitation of impurities in the fresh air; new air valve installed damper actuator (switching), interlocked with the fan. It is recommended to install temperature sensors in the outdoor back shade out for return air temperature compensation.
Filtration section
Filtration of fresh air is generally primary (or called coarse) filtration, mainly to filter the larger impurities; back to the wind section of the filter after the general filter for the intermediate filter: general filtration of smaller impurities; if the purification of air-conditioning will also have a high-efficiency filtration of sub-efficient and high-efficiency filtration section. All filters should be installed before and after the differential pressure switch, used to detect the cleanliness of the filter, if the clogging impurities are more, it will send an alarm signal.
Return air section
The return air section is mainly used for mixing the new air and return air; the damper at the return air outlet is installed with a damper actuator (analogue) for adjusting the return air volume, so that when the outdoor temperature is hotter or colder during the season, under the premise of guaranteeing a certain amount of new air volume, the return air is utilized to the fullest extent, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving. The exhaust valve at the outlet is equipped with a damper actuator, which is chained with the return valve actuator and moves in the opposite direction. Temperature and humidity sensors are installed on the return air ducts to detect the greenhouse degree of the return air (thus knowing the average value of indoor temperature and humidity), which provides a basis for controlling the chilled water valves, heating valves, electric heating and humidifying valves.
Surface cooling section
Table cooling section is mainly to cool the air sent to the room, and both cooling and dehumidification function (optional), and dehumidification priority. The water inlet of the table cooler is equipped with a temperature regulating valve (three-way), when the temperature and humidity of the return air reaches the set requirements, the temperature regulating valve will be closed or shut down, and the excess chilled water will flow back through the third way, so as to prevent the pressure difference between the valve before and after the valve from being too large when the valve is shut down or shut down, which may cause the other pipe fittings or the pump to be suffocated, and also affect the service life of the regulating valve. In addition, the surface of the table cooler is installed with anti-freezing switch to protect the air-conditioning equipment, which is interlocked with the fan and air valve.
Heating section
Heating section used in winter (or dehumidification after the cold temperature), its working principle with the table cooling section. The table cooler for heating and cooling of the two control systems is shared.
Electric heating
Electric heating is generally used when the heating section can not meet the heat requirements or or dehumidification after the cooling temperature.
Humidifying section
Humidification section for the role of preventing dry winter humidification or special process requirements of humidification, humidification is generally wet film humidification or steam humidification.
The role of the air supply section is to send air to the room, also known as fan section. The damper at the air supply outlet is generally installed with actuators (switching, optional functions), interlocked with the fan.
