1. Product Overview

MRAC065ALC is a compact cooling-only single air cooled chiller under Monchrui MRAC-LC series with nominal cooling capacity 65kW. Designed exclusively for small-scale 24/7 constant cooling demand, it has no heating circuit and requires no supporting cooling tower or cooling water pump, which greatly reduces investment on water pool and circulating pipeline civil engineering.

With slim and compact cabinet for small footprint, the unit can operate standalone or be paralleled with identical units for capacity expansion. Equipped with imported 500-stage PMV electronic expansion valve & PID dynamic temperature control system plus built-in intelligent low-temperature defrost logic for stable outdoor operation in cold winter. Hydraulic circuit supports ethylene glycol anti-freeze solution with official concentration-freezing point table, enabling 24-hour stable constant cooling for small server rooms, precision labs and miniature automatic production lines in northern cold regions.

3. Ethylene Glycol Concentration-Freezing Point-Density Table (MRAC065ALC Standard)

Ethylene glycol aqueous solution oxidizes and acidifies during long-term operation, corroding carbon steel, stainless steel and copper pipes. Corrosion & scale inhibitor additive must be mixed. Initial mixing concentration shall be 5% higher than system minimum anti-freeze temperature. Glycol depletes gradually, quarterly concentration test & replenishment is required.
