Product Overview

The MRAS series air-cooled screw chillers (heat pumps) are manufactured by MONCHRUI using high-efficiency twin screw compressors, combined with newly designed high-efficiency evaporators and proprietary oil return technology, achieving energy efficiency levels of Grade 2 or above for the entire series. The refrigeration components and control devices are all sourced from well-known brands, equipped with advanced intelligent control solutions. The unit design standards meet the most advanced national and even global standards. The products feature high energy efficiency, stable and reliable operation, and are widely used in various comfort and process applications such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, apartments, and factories.

Twin Screw Compressor Technology

The unit adopts MR's new generation of dedicated high-efficiency twin screw compressors, featuring a patented 5:6 asymmetric rotor profile, a new screw rotor profile and oil injection design, a newly optimized mechanical capacity调节 structure, along with a sliding ECO inlet port design. These features enable the compressor to maintain high-efficiency output across all load ranges, providing the unit with exceptional full-load and part-load energy efficiency.

High-Efficiency Water-Side Heat Exchanger

Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger: The unit adopts a high-efficiency heat exchange structure with sealed baffle plates, which reduce water-side pressure drop while enhancing heat transfer capacity.

High-Efficiency Internally Grooved Heat Transfer Tubes: Effectively enhance heat transfer performance. Internally grooved heat transfer tubes are used in the refrigerant inlet zone, ensuring more uniform refrigerant distribution and more thorough heat exchange, achieving a 10% efficiency improvement over conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

High-Efficiency Air-Side Heat Exchanger

The unit's air-side heat exchanger adopts a unique "V" configuration that conforms to airflow distribution characteristics, providing the maximum coil face area. It features excellent ventilation performance, large heat exchange area, and strong corrosion resistance. The unit incorporates high-efficiency economizer subcooling technology and utilizes an independent electronic expansion valve for precise throttling control. By detecting the pressure difference of the liquid refrigerant between inlet and outlet, optimal subcooling control is achieved, further increasing the subcooling degree and improving the chiller's energy efficiency. The entire structure is secured by a reinforced metal frame, ensuring high robustness and stability while providing ample maintenance and service access space. The flexible arrangement and small footprint save 30% in floor space.

The heat exchanger uses hydrophilic aluminum fins and high-efficiency internally grooved copper tubes to enhance heat transfer performance and improve heat exchange efficiency.

New venturi distributor: Used in finned condensers to ensure uniform refrigerant distribution, reduce pressure loss, lower noise, and effectively improve heat exchange efficiency.
