Overview

The MREC air suspended inverter centrifugal hiller adopts an internationally leading hydrodynamic gas bearing structure. This series integrates multiple core technologies, including dynamic gas bearings, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors, two-stage compression, and secondary subcooling. It features oil-free operation, high efficiency, stability and reliability, cost effectiveness, low noise, and environmental friendliness. In addition, it is equipped with a reliable industrial-grade microcomputer control system, group control technology, and building communication interfaces, ensuring excellent operability and extensive expandability.

Air suspension compressor

The hydrodynamic gas bearings used in the DYNAMIC GAS BEARING CENTRIFUGALCOMPRESSOR overcome the disadvantages of traditional bearings by eliminating contact between the stator and rotor. The use of non-contact dynamic gas bearings effectively reduces lubrication losses and improves efficiency, representing a future development trend. The oil-free dynamic gas bearing centrifugal refrigerant compressor adopted by MREC features high rotational speed, low vibration, minimal mechanical wear, no need for lubricating oil, and low noise. It requires no active control and is characterized by compact size, light weight, and a simple structure.

Inverter Technology

Using high-efficiency IGBTs dedicated for inverters, combined with high-efficiency compressor drive control technology, effectively controls inverter temperature rise and interference problems.

High-performance vector control technology automatically adjusts the inverter's voltage-to-frequency ratio according to the motor load, improving the efficiency of both the motor and the system.

Micro-channel refrigerant cooling technology enhances the reliability and adaptability of the inverter.

Wide voltage operation technology allows a broader application range; low starting current, no impact on the power grid.

Compressor Control Technology

Quick Start-Stop Technology: Enables rapid shutdown and startup, reducing wear, extending service life, minimizing operational risks, and reducing temperature fluctuations during shutdown periods.

Anti-Surge Control Technology:Reduces equipment vibration and noise, and enhances overall operational stability by monitoring and adjusting compressor operating parameters in real time. The compressor control module provides a control curve for safe compressor operation. By continuously monitoring the compressor's operating status, the system calculates and determines necessary adjustments to the rotational speed in a timely manner, ensuring that the compressor always operates within the safe region.
