1 Product Overview
All HVAC thermostats adopt standard 86mm wall-mounted design with separated independent power box. The unified adjustable temperature range is 1~50℃ with stable ±1℃ control accuracy. Products are divided into 5 lines according to application: fan coil, floor heating, EC fan, LoRa no-wireless thermostat and energy billing thermostat. They fully meet HVAC demands of residences, hotels, office buildings, hospitals and factories. Multiple communication options are available: standalone use, RS485 building group control, WIFI mobile remote access and LoRa retrofit solution for old buildings. All units come with standard safety & energy-saving functions including anti-freeze protection, child lock, power-off memory and valve-fan linkage. IR remote, air quality sensor and door contact sensor are optional accessories.

1 Fan Coil Thermostat Series
Compatible with 2-pipe 2/3-wire cooling/heating valves, auto linkage with 3-speed fans. Basic versions have no communication; mid-range RS485 Modbus for whole building centralized management; high-end FC610-C supports WIFI remote control and real-time CO₂ & TVOC monitoring. FC1200 further supports EC fan, external door contact and filter fault signal input, ideal for precision offices and luxury hotels. Multiple colors including black, white, grey and gold are available.
2 Floor Heating Thermostat Series
Dual compatibility for water heating with wall boiler and electric heating cable. Built-in floor overheat protection for electric mode to avoid surface damage. Support 6 daily customizable temperature periods for work, home and night anti-freeze modes. Max 16A high load for electric heating, optional RS485 group control or WIFI mobile remote heating switch.
3 EC DC Fan Controller
Fit 0~10V analog EC fresh air & constant temperature fans, support 220V and 24V power supply. Accept filter clogging and fan fault alarm signals; door contact sensor can turn off HVAC when room is empty. High-end round large screen models integrate humidity & TVOC detection, suitable for labs, dust-free workshops and constant temperature clubs.
4 LoRa No-Wireless Thermostat
Integrated and split two structures for old hotel & office renovation without wall slotting and rewiring. Long-distance LoRa gateway group control allows background real-time reading of room temperature and equipment status, saving large labor cost of wiring. Complete standard anti-freeze, timing and lock functions retained.
5 Energy Billing Thermostat FC810L
Designed for apartment & office air conditioning charging. Built-in energy collector with unique ID for each unit. Support LoRa and RS485 dual communication to upload power data to billing platform for precise room-by-room metering and property energy refined management.
