1. Product Overview

FC221Pro is a universal smart HVAC thermostat for commercial projects. One single panel supports both fan coil units and AHU air handling units, with two power options: 220V mains and 24V AC/DC low voltage. Equipped with multiple output ports to drive 3-speed fans, EC variable fans, 2/3-position water valves and 0-10V PI proportional valves. Two multi-function DI ports connect filter DP sensor, fan fault detector, room door contact and external NTC probe. Standard RS485 Modbus RTU communication, optional 2.4G WIFI for mobile remote control. Built-in password lock, key lock, power-off memory and temperature compensation. Black & white fireproof ABS housing available, can be wall-mounted separately or matched with integrated control cabinet, widely used in hotels, offices, clean labs and factory fresh air systems.

2 Four Standard Wiring Control Modes

  1. 220V Standard 3-Speed Fan Coil Suitable for hotel & office fan coils. Two relays drive 2/3-wire motor valves, independent 3 fan speeds. DI port connects room door contact for energy-saving standby when leaving room.

  2. 220V EC Variable Fan Coil 0-10V analog signal stepless EC fan speed control with on-off valves, ultra-low noise for quiet high-end office HVAC.

  3. 24V Proportional Valve Dedicated AHU Special air handler solution, dual AO ports output 0-10V signal for precise cold/hot water adjustment. Two DI ports monitor filter pressure and fan fault in real time.

  4. 220V On-Off Valve Commercial AHU 220V mains power with on-off heating/cooling valves. Max native load 660W, external AC contactor required for fans over 5.5KW, compatible with matching control cabinet.
