Horizontal split case pump & vertical split case pump are single/two-stage double suction double volute large-flow centrifugal pumps with axially split casing. The core merit is that maintenance can be done without removing pipes or motor. Hydraulic components optimized via CFD simulation with wide high-efficiency operating range, low rated NPSHr 2~5m for excellent anti-cavitation performance. Max flow up to 15000m³/h, max head 250m, liquid temperature 0~120℃, max working pressure 25bar, motor power 1.1~2240kW. Five standard factory assembly types available. Standard cast iron casing with stainless impeller, ductile iron & duplex stainless customized for corrosive water.
