1. Product Overview
MRCH130ARVLH is a full DC inverter EVI jet enthalpy four-pipe modular air cooled heat pump independently developed by Monchrui for frigid northern regions, single unit nominal capacity 130kW. Equipped with four independent hydraulic pipelines, it supports three switchable working modes: cooling only, heating only, simultaneous cooling & heat recovery. One single unit produces chilled water and hot water at the same time to meet simultaneous cooling and heating demands inside one building, cutting annual power consumption through internal waste heat recovery.
Adopting core EVI low-temperature heating technology and AI staggered intelligent defrost system, the unit maintains steady heating output under sub-zero ambient temperature. Modular design eliminates the need for cooling towers with simple pipeline layout; 1~5 units can be freely combined for capacity expansion. Widely applied to northern hospital operating rooms, constant temperature R&D labs, luxury star hotels and commercial complex HVAC projects.
2. Modular Combination Specification Table
Number of Combined Units | Combined Model | Total Base Capacity |

1 unit | MRCH130ARVLH | 130kW |
2 units | MRCH260ARVLH | 260kW |
3 units | MRCH390ARVLH | 390kW |
4 units | MRCH520ARVLH | 520kW |
5 units | MRCH650ARVLH | 650kW |
3. Six Core Product Advantages
3.1 Three Switchable Modes, Simultaneous Cold & Hot Water With Heat Recovery
Cooling Only: The unit independently generates chilled water for full building summer cooling;
Heating Only: Produce constant hot water for floor heating, fan coils and domestic hot water;
Simultaneous Cooling & Heating (Core Advantage): While supplying chilled water for low-temperature areas like labs and operating rooms, the unit recovers waste heat to generate hot water for guest room heating and domestic use. Internal energy circulation eliminates energy waste caused by cold-heat offset and reduces overall operating consumption significantly.
3.2 EVI Jet Enthalpy Inverter System, Stable Heating Under Extreme Cold
Full DC inverter scroll compressor matched with stainless steel plate economizer forms quasi two-stage compression cycle, greatly improving heating capacity at low ambient temperature. It delivers stable hot water output under sub-zero climate, solving the industry problem of severe heating attenuation of ordinary air-cooled heat pumps in winter, and can replace traditional coal & gas boilers for clean heating.
3.3 Dual 500-Stage PMV Electronic Expansion Valves, PID Precise Temperature Control
Imported dual-channel 500-stage PMV electronic pulse expansion valves with PID dynamic adjustment algorithm adjust refrigerant flow in real time according to building load. Ultra-small temperature fluctuation of chilled and hot water meets ±0.5℃ high-precision constant temperature standard for labs and operating rooms without unstable indoor temperature.
3.4 AI Multi-Dimensional Staggered Defrost, Uninterrupted Heating In Winter
Different from regular timing defrost logic, this model comprehensively judges defrost timing by collecting ambient temperature, water temperature, system pressure, running time and superheat data to reduce unnecessary defrost cycles. Dual-circuit staggered defrost design ensures one circuit keeps heating while the other defrosts, avoiding sharp indoor temperature drop and improving winter heating comfort greatly.
3.5 Flexible Modular Parallel Connection, Phased Expansion Reduces Upfront Cost
130kW single modules can be combined arbitrarily from 1 to 5 sets with unified group control. Projects can install basic capacity modules first and expand units later according to operation demands. If one module fails, the rest keep running without full system shutdown of the whole building’s HVAC.
3.6 Tower-Free Compact Design, Wide Installation Compatibility
No supporting cooling tower or cooling water pump required, saving huge investment on civil construction, outdoor water pools and circulation pipelines. Units can be placed on equipment floors, rooftops or building corridors with only concrete vibration damping base for installation. Priority choice for northern commercial buildings short of water or without space for cooling towers.
4. Standard Installation Specifications & Key Reminders
Mandatory Vibration Damping Base
Concrete foundation plus rubber dampers must be laid under every unit. Do not rigidly fix air dampers, external electrical boxes and connecting water pipes to ground, which will invalidate damping function and amplify unit operating noise.
Noise Area Layout Restrictions
Install units far from noise-sensitive zones including residential rooms, hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms and offices;
Rooftop units shall not be placed close to exterior building edges to prevent noise transmission downwards and resident complaints;
Additional sound insulation structures are required for pedestrian-heavy public areas such as pedestrian streets and industrial parks.
Airflow Ventilation Requirements
Reserve sufficient ventilation distance at fan outlet; walls and equipment shall not block airflow. For corridor installation, place the fan heat dissipation side towards windows and doors to guarantee smooth air circulation.
Maintenance Space Reservation
Standard service passages must be reserved around the unit for later inspection and replacement of filters, electronic valves, compressors and hydraulic accessories.
5. Main Applicable Engineering Scenarios
Northern Medical Buildings: General hospital operating rooms, ICU wards and testing labs requiring simultaneous low-temperature cooling and ward heating on one floor;
Constant Temperature R&D Labs: Chemical, biological and electronic testing labs with year-round equipment cooling and space constant heating demand;
Luxury Star Hotels: Integrated supply of guest room winter heating, lobby summer cooling and swimming pool constant hot water;
Northern Commercial Complexes: Shopping malls, cinemas and catering areas with separated cold & heat load for year-round stable constant temperature;
Old Heating Renovation Projects: Replace high-pollution coal and gas boilers, one unit covers both process cooling and building heating to comply with low-carbon emission reduction policies.
6. Quality Control & Supporting Services
