Modular Air Handling Unit (1198-146000m³/h)
MRDM series air handling unit is a double skin modular unit, detailed design to meet the needs of clean industry applications. The product has the characteristics of novel structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation, advanced technical performance, stable and reliable operation. This unit is suitable for clean occasions such as hospital operating room, pharmaceutical, electronic workshop with high requirements for air handling, and shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and other applications with high requirements for air quality. The air flow ranges from 1198 to 146000m³/h, and the maximum pressure can reach 2500Pa (panel thickness is 50mm).
The unit insulation performance is better, more beautiful appearance, anti-cold bridge coefficient meet the European air handling unit standard EN1886 TB1(50mm box)level requirements.
The air leakage rate can meet the European air handling unit standard EN1886 L1level or above, and air leakage rate of less than 1% requirements.
Cooling & heating coils use high-quality copper tubes + aluminum fins with mechanical tube expansion, featuring high efficiency and firmness, and performance tested to AHRI410 standard.
Pre-filter: polyester synthetic fiber, filter efficiency G3, G4.Bag filter: polyester synthetic fiber,filter efficiency F5~F9.HEPA filter: The use of ultrafine glass fiber filter paper, "V" type pleated, filter efficiency H10~H13.
Before leaving the factory, all coils are tested according to the national standard to ensure that there is no leakage. The coil is surrounded by galvanized steel (stainless steel frame is optional). The water tray is available in two materials: galvanized plate spray and stainless steel. Inclined structure design water tray to ensure complete drainage of condensed water
The fan adopts well-known brand double air inlet forward-curved/backward-curved bladed fan or plenum fan, which is safer and more reliable.The impeller and frame of the fan are made of high-strength alloy steel plate, with high structural strength and strict static and dynamic balance test, with low noise and low vibration.Optional inverter control is configured to adjust the fan speed, Ensure efficient and energy-saving operation of the unit.
