1. Product Overview

MRAC-LC series is cooling-only air cooled modular chiller independently developed by Shenzhen Monchrui Industrial Development Co., Ltd., specially designed for 24/7 non-stop constant cooling demands. No heating circuit and no supporting cooling tower / cooling water pump required, greatly cutting civil construction and water circulation investment.

Two standard single models available: MRAC065ALC (65kW) and MRAC130ALC (130kW). Compact cabinet saves installation space, multiple units can be combined in parallel for capacity expansion. Equipped with imported 500-stage PMV electronic expansion valve & PID dynamic temperature control system plus intelligent defrost logic for stable operation under low ambient temperature. Hydraulic system supports ethylene glycol anti-freeze solution with official concentration-freezing point table, suitable for northern outdoor equipment rooms and industrial production lines with year-round cooling demand. Widely used in IDC server rooms, precision testing labs, chemical & pharmaceutical workshops, laser & injection molding automatic equipment constant cooling.

3. Ethylene Glycol Concentration-Freezing Point-Density Table

Ethylene glycol aqueous solution oxidizes and acidifies during long-term operation, corroding carbon steel, stainless steel and copper pipelines. Corrosion & scale inhibitor additive is mandatory. Initial mixing concentration shall be 5% higher than system minimum anti-freeze temperature. Glycol volatilizes and depletes regularly, concentration inspection & replenishment every quarter is required.

4. Four Core Product Advantages

4.1 24/7 Non-Stop Cooling, Intelligent Defrost For Low Temperature

Only refrigeration cycle configured, all power output for chilled water without energy diversion from heating loop. Built-in intelligent defrost logic judges defrost cycle by ambient humidity and system pressure, avoiding high-pressure shutdown caused by heat exchanger frosting in cold winter. Wide adjustable chilled water temperature range meets low-temperature constant cooling for chips, reagents and precision processing equipment.

4.2 500-Stage PMV Valve & PID Precise Temperature Control

Imported 500-level electronic pulse throttle valve with real-time PID algorithm dynamically adjusts refrigerant flow according to cooling load fluctuation. Ultra-small water temperature fluctuation stably meets ±0.5℃ high-precision constant temperature requirement for labs and IDCs, preventing equipment failure and defective production caused by unstable water temperature.

4.3 Compact Modular Layout, Phased Expansion & Tower-Free Design

Slim single unit with small footprint; multiple units run under group control. Clients install basic capacity first and expand modules later to lower upfront cost. Faulty module will be isolated without full-system cooling interruption. No cooling tower, water pool or auxiliary pump required, cutting construction and maintenance cost significantly.

4.4 Complete Standardized Ethylene Glycol Anti-Freeze Solution For Northern Outdoor Use

Full glycol operation specification and freezing point chart with construction guidance provided:

  1. Antifreeze must be mixed with composite additive for corrosion resistance, scale inhibition and foam suppression to avoid pipeline perforation & leakage;

  2. Initial concentration = minimum system anti-freeze temperature + 5% safety margin;

  3. Inspect glycol concentration quarterly and replenish in time if depleted;

    Eliminate pipe cracking risk for outdoor units in northern sub-zero winter, realize stable all-year cooling.

5. Mandatory Standard Installation Specifications

(1) Vibration Damping & Pipe Connection Rules

  1. Concrete foundation plus rubber dampers must be laid under every unit; direct floor placement is forbidden.

  2. Air dampers, external electrical boxes and water pipes shall not be rigidly fixed to ground, which will invalidate damping and amplify running noise.

(2) Noise Area Layout Restrictions

  1. Install units far from noise-sensitive zones including residential buildings, hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms and offices.

  2. Rooftop units cannot be placed close to building edges to avoid noise transmission downstairs and complaints.

  3. Extra sound insulation enclosures required for pedestrian-heavy public zones such as pedestrian streets and industrial parks.

(3) Airflow & Corridor Installation Requirements

  1. Reserve sufficient ventilation space at fan outlet; walls, pipes and equipment shall not block hot air exhaust to prevent high-pressure protection shutdown from hot air recirculation.

  2. For narrow corridor installation, place fan heat dissipation side towards windows and walls to guarantee smooth air circulation.

(4) Maintenance Access Reservation

Standard service passage reserved around each unit for regular heat exchanger cleaning, filter replacement, electronic valve and compressor maintenance.
