1. Product Overview

MRDM double full thermal-break modular air handling unit (AHU) is standardized assembled central air main unit, airflow range 1198~146000 m³/h. Equipped with double-layer PU sandwich cabinet, it features low air leakage, superior thermal insulation, anti-condensation & easy-clean inner surface. All functional sections adopt standard 100mm modulus for free combination, supporting fresh air mixing, multi-stage air filtration, cooling/heating coils, various humidifiers, UV disinfection, silencer & variable frequency fan modules. It fits both ordinary commercial comfort HVAC and high-cleanliness industries such as pharmacy, operating rooms & electronic factories. The unit complies with EU EN1886 & national GB/T14294 standards, available in horizontal/vertical, indoor/outdoor versions. 6 Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

  1. Floor-mounted unit must be equipped with vibration damping base, minimum 800mm maintenance space reserved at fan section.

  2. U-type water trap mandatory for condensate drain pipe to prevent air backflow & odor.

  3. Replace filters when differential pressure alarm triggers; HEPA filters cannot be washed.

  4. Inspect fan belt tension & coil scale annually; drain all water in pipes before winter to avoid freeze crack.

  5. Cut off power before opening UV maintenance door to prevent ultraviolet burns.
