Low Ambient Temp Series Air Cooled Modular(Heat pump) (MRAC065/130/150ARLH)
MRAC-LH Low Temperature Series Modular Air Cooled Chiller (Heat Pump) units are high-energy products launched by MONCHRUI company with the development concept of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality", combined with low-temperature heat pumps and jet enthalpy increasing technology. The low ambient temperature of the unit reduces heat dissipation and has a wider operating range, which can meet the refrigeration and heating needs of various regions. It can be widely used in new and reconstructed large and small industrial and civil buildings, such as hotels, entertainment centers, hospitals, restaurants,and other places.It has no cooling water system, simple pipelines, and moderate investment, making it one of the preferred forms of air conditioning system for many users.
The unit uses eco-friendly, chlorine-free R410A (ODP=0). Less refrigerant is needed under the same cooling condition, boosting efficiency and reducing weight. 2.Low Noise:Lower half enclosed structure: The external part is enclosed with sheet metal, effectively shielding the external transmission of compressor noise. Fan:the optimized combination of efficient fan silent blades and efficient customized motor can achieve perfect performance. The motor is directly connected and the blades have passed strict dynamic and static balance tests. 3.Accurate Adjustment, Energy-saving Operation:MRAC air-cooled modular units use imported 500-level PMV electronic pulse precision regulation (vs. traditional thermal expansion valves) for PID control of electronic expansion valves. This ensures real-time dynamic matching, stable load operation, environmental adaptability, and oscillation elimination, achieving accurate water temperature control, uniform indoor temperature, and enhanced comfort 4.Strong Environmental Adaptability:The unit has undergone strict long-term testing according to national standards, and can operate normally whether it is cooled in hot weather at 48 ℃ or heated in severe cold weather at -15 ℃.
The economizer used in conjunction with the EVI vortex compressor adopts a stainless steel brazed plate economizer. After passing through the economizer, the refrigerant increases the enthalpy difference between the inlet and outlet of the evaporator, effectively improving the refrigeration and heating capacity.
Wired controller independently manages 16 master-slave units; outdoor unit enables networking of up to 32 group addresses, with each group controller controlling 32 fan coils (max 1024 fan coils for the whole network).Each group device can be configured with a VIP thermostat (supports outdoor unit mode setting), which realizes automatic address registration for all terminal units, simplifying installation and maintenance.
The unit boosts low-temp heating capacity, 20% higher efficiency than ordinary air-cooled heat pumps at -10℃; low-temp heating ambient extended from -15℃ (ordinary units) to -25℃

Auxiliary jet enthalpy system is controlled by electronic expansion valves, which ensures the safety of the unit, and at the same time, controls the output of the unit's capacity more accurately and efficiently
