MRWC Modular Water Source Chiller (Heat Pump) (MRWC160/250/330AR)
The MRWC series water source heat pump unit features simple structure, quiet running, and a long life-cycle, and meets the most strict requirements of customers for reliability, security, and flexibility. The unit supports flexible combinations with terminals, and can work with fan coils or air handling units of different specifications. The number of connected fan coils or air handling units depends on the cooling capacity of the unit and the total handling capacity of the fan coils or air handing units.
MRAC series uses eco-friendly R410A refrigerant (ODP=0, ozone-safe). It delivers maximum cooling capacity per unit volume with lower refrigerant charge than traditional options, cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
The unit features a shell design, eliminating the need for a dedicated equipment room and enabling indoor, outdoor or rooftop installation. Its shell uses powder spraying with anti-UV coating for slow fading and enhanced corrosion resistance. Compact and portable, it can be moved via elevator or manual forklift without professional hoisting devices, cutting installation costs. It also allows space-saving combination installation, reducing the required footprint.
The cooling system provides high/low pressure protection and air exhaust temperature protection, which can protect the unit when the unit runs abnormally. The unit automatically monitors the running status of each component through a micro controller. The cooling system starts automatic protection in case of overload. When the water temperature is lower than the threshold, the unit automatically stops to prevent the water system from being frozen and ensure safe unit running. (This function is effective only when the unit is kept powered on.)
The MRWC unit uses a flexible scroll compressor. Compared with a piston-type compressor, the scroll compressor runs more steadily and quietly by 3 to 5 dB(A). In addition, its unique structure design delivers stronger resistance to hydraulic shock, higher reliability, and higher COP, saves electricity, and reduces the running expenses.
