1. Product Overview

Submersible borehole pumps are specially designed for groundwater extraction, covering full size from compact 3-inch residential models to heavy-duty 10-inch industrial units. Four complete product lines: fixed-speed industrial pump, permanent magnet VFD pump, 3-inch compact pump, solar off-grid pump.

All units adopt full stainless steel multi-stage hydraulic design, SiC hard mechanical seal & IP68 full submersible protection. Built-in dry run, overheat & overload triple motor protection. Three corrosion-resistant stainless grades (304/316/904L) for regular & low chloride groundwater. Support vertical borehole mounting or horizontal tank installation. Matched with CU pressure controller, CUE frequency drive & solar power kits, widely applied in municipal waterworks, agricultural irrigation, industrial water intake, villa domestic supply, off-grid solar water extraction & foundation dewatering.

4 Standard Installation Guidelines

1 Bore Matching: Require min 6" bore, SQ/SQE fit standard 3" bore;

2 Pre-Filter: Install sand strainer at pump inlet to prevent sediment abrasion on impeller;

3 Liquid Level: Pump fully submerged with min 1m water depth, no dry running allowed;

4 Electrical: Fixed pump equip overload breaker, SQE/SPE match original CU/CUE controller;

5 Material Selection: Regular groundwater AISI304, low chloride well AISI316, seawater high-corrosion use 904L.

5 Routine Maintenance Guide

1 Quarterly Inspection: Lift pump to clean blocked inlet screen;
