DC Inverter Air Cooled Chiller (Head Pump)

This DC inverter air cooled chiller with integrated head pump is an air-cooled industrial constant temperature cooling equipment adopting full DC variable frequency technology. Circulating pump is pre-installed inside the unit, eliminating the trouble of separately purchasing and matching external water pumps.

The complete MRC series ranges from MRC009EB to MRC040EB, covering mini small models to large industrial models. Equipped with DC inverter rotary/vortex compressor, DC variable speed axial fan and built-in circulating pump, matched with high-efficiency brazed plate heat exchanger.

The unit supports 15%-140% stepless cooling capacity adjustment, with ultra-wide ambient operating range and complete multiple safety protection functions. It is widely applied in industrial constant temperature cooling, precision processing, new energy, electronics, plastic and chemical industries.

Installation Instructions

  1. Single Unit Standard Installation

    Place the unit on flat and solid ground, reserve sufficient ventilation space around air inlet and outlet to ensure normal heat dissipation.

  2. Low Temperature Installation (Ambient Temp <5℃)

    When running cooling mode under ambient temperature below 5℃, air baffle must be mounted on air inlet side. Keep a clearance over 600mm between air baffle and the top & two sides of the unit to avoid poor heat exchange.

  3. Water Pipeline Installation

    Adopt primary pump system or secondary pump system according to on-site cooling demands. Standard inlet/outlet pipe interfaces: Rc1 / Rc1 1/4 / R1 1/4. Max temperature difference between inlet and outlet water shall not exceed 7℃.

  4. Maintenance Space Reservation

    Reserve maintenance space around the unit for filter cleaning, component replacement and regular overhaul.
